Shalon Thomas
Owner & Lead Design
Shalon Thomas created Passionate Event Designs with unique elements in mind, a heart for design and styling, expressed passion, and special love of her clients. While working 11 years at Community Action Council, Shalon developed a hobby in DIY activities and party decor, which allowed her to use her creativity, ingenuity, originality, and thinking outside the box. In 2016, drawn by a desire to create unforgettable events and weddings along with perfect personal expressions, Shalon founded Passionate Event Designs.
Shalon Lives in the small town of Nicholasville, Kentucky with her amazing husband, their two adorable boys, and dog Eva. Family is everything to Shalon and family nights are just as important.

Growing up, crafting and decorating has always been a desirable passion. Amira enjoys bringing the beauty out in things, she has a style of simplicity but chic and cute. There is something about neutral and soft colors that catches her eye. Amira's all time favorite color is lavender.
In her free time, if she is not spending time with her family she is spending hours in hobby lobby or navigating Pinterest looking for ideas to make wreaths or floral arrangements for her home.
